DogCentric was created around the philosophy that each dog is unique. That's why we only offer private, customized visits by household. We don't believe group walks meet the individual needs and preferences of each dog. Our mission is to keep your dog happy, healthy and safe. We feel we can do this best by giving your dog our complete attention.

Prior to starting services, we meet for a new client consultation. We believe it is important for you to feel comfortable with who you choose to care for your best friend. At the meeting, we put together a profile on your dog which includes a customized routine for the visit. Does your dog need to sit at the corner before crossing the street? Does your dog like to play fetch in the backyard? Does your dog get a special treat after their walk? Let us know! We're here to provide consistency for your dog when you're not able to be home.

We know how hard it is to leave your dog in someone else's care. We're dog owners too! That's why we're not only "dog-centric" but also "customer-centric". Our management team is easily accessible to address your questions, comments, and concerns. You are able to select a 2-hour time window for your visit that works best for your schedule. Our walkers leave a note at the end of every visit letting you know the exact time of the visit, if your dog peed or pooped, and how the visit went! These are just some of the things we do so you can have peace of mind when you have to be away from your dog.
